Supervision

As a therapist I enjoy working with a diverse client group, which adds a depth to the supervision I can offer to individuals or groups.

For me, supervision at it’s best is a collaboration between two colleagues, a sort of ‘two heads are better then one’ process.

With the benefit of a ‘helicopter view’ I can share your reflections of your client work, and offer support, validation, insights into blocks and stuckness, awareness of relational games etc.

The supervision relationship is an important arena for both personal and professional growth, as well as learning and developing skills and new resources.
