Most people can benefit from having some counselling, from being with someone who truly listens to your unique experience, understands it and helps you to understand it too.

You might be facing difficulties and worries in your emotional life, be feeling distressed and needing help with a specific issue, struggling to come to terms with a traumatic event or loss, or perhaps seeking a clearer perspective on your life, on making choices and on how to move towards a more positive future.

We all have the capacity and resources to grow and change. As an active and participative listener, and by offering gentle and respectful challenges I aim to help promote a better understanding of self, new perspectives, and life changes.
