Couples therapy can help you recognise and understand the communication, behavioural, sexual and emotional dynamics that might exist between you and your partner, and also how these might have developed to be unhealthy or destructive. And instead to learn new healthy ways to restore relationship issues and maintain balance within the relationship.
My role as your therapist is not to take sides, rather to focus on what your relationship itself is needing in order to thrive and grow and meet each of your individual needs.
